Job Title: System Development Intern

Location: London, Victoria

Reporting to: Team Leader / the Managing Directors

Hours: Monday to Friday – 9am to 5.30pm

Internship Length:  3-6 Months

Remuneration: tba

Role summary:

We have developed a cutting edge SaaS platform, enabling regulated firms to risk manage their businesses. You will work with professionals from the legal and investment management teams to deliver successful deployments of the modular software to clients (hedge funds, investment manager, Crowdfunders, M&A Advisors, Banks).

In this role you will be working alongside an award-wining professional services team who are passionate about what they do and how they do it.

Based in the London office, the Development Intern will be supporting the delivery of new releases of the existing software suite.

We are seeking an intern with some experience in Web-based, object-oriented and cloud-based software development, ideally of document focused office workflow systems for the Financial Services industry. The position has been created to cater for significant demand for a software solution of our clients business processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education: BEng, MEng, BSc, MSci Degree

Experience and Generic Skills:

1. Desire to work and learn about financial services/professional services environments

2. Desire to learn about industry leading products and methods

3. Having a 'can- do' approach, strong work ethic, integrity and attention to detail

4. Some experience in a Linux/Web-based/Cloud-based software environment (PHP and others)

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
